John trained under top Fight Master Jonathan Howell. He has worked extensively as a fight performer with a wide variety of weapons systems, including firearms. He is also a JuJitsu Brown Belt and a strong horse rider.
John has been working as a Fight Director regularly for the past 10 years, with a strong focus on character and narrative driven choreography.
